Aanmeldprocedure bij FMJD-toernooien

De FMJD heeft een nieuw systeem om je in te schrijven voor toernooien die onder de FMJD vallen, zoals binnenkort het wereldkampioenschap 60+. Hieronder lees je de instructies.

Het systeem is nog in de opstartfase en wordt voorlopig nog beperkt ingezet (niet voor alle toernooien), maar de verwachting is dat het voor meer toernooien (bijvoorbeeld de Worldcups) zal gaan gelden.

Registration for FMJD Tournaments: Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Create an FMJD Account

If you already have an FMJD account, you can skip this step. Otherwise, follow these instructions to create one:

1. Find Your FMJD ID: You will need your FMJD ID to register. If you don’t know your FMJD ID, you can find it by searching for your profile on the FMJD Players Page https://www.fmjd.org/?p=players.
2. Register Your Account:
   • Go to the FMJD login page (link from the FMJD site, top right of the home page) and click on “No account? Register yourself.” Alternatively, you can use this direct link to register.
   • Enter your FMJD ID. Your name should automatically appear once you do so.
   • Fill in your email address and create a password.
   • You will receive an email with a link to confirm your registration. After confirming, your FMJD account will be active, and you can proceed to the next step.

Step 2: Apply for a Tournament

1. Log in: Go to the FMJD login page and log in using your FMJD ID number and the password you created.
2. Submit Your Application:
   • Once logged in, choose “Applications” from the menu.
   • Complete the form by selecting the tournaments / programs you wish to participate in and optionally leave a comment.
   • After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email. An email will also be sent to your national federation.
3. Federation Approval:
   • Your national federation has its own login and can either confirm or reject your application.
   • If the federation takes no action within 7 days, the application will be automatically considered “approved, pending payment.”

Step 3: Make a Payment

1. Payment Instructions:
   • You will receive an email with a link to make your payment.
   • Alternatively, you can proceed directly to the Online Payments page to complete the payment.
   • Use a clear description when making the payment, preferably your Application ID, which you received in the previous step.
2. Track Your Application Status:
   • You can monitor the status of your application through your FMJD portal.
   • You will also be notified by email about important status changes.

   Note: If you made a payment before registration, don’t worry. Once you complete your registration, your payment will be linked to your account.
